Argan Oil For The Body: A Silky Smooth Solution
Argan Oil is a natural hair and skin treatment that has been around for centuries in Morocco. Although the oil is available worldwide, it's especially popular in Morocco because people with dry skin and brittle hair are known to use it. It's also commonly used as a beauty product among women in the Middle East. Many people are turning away from commercial beauty products due to ingredients that they feel can cause more harm than good; argan oil, on the other hand, is believed to be beneficial for all skin types because of its regenerating properties.

The article goes into detail about the main ingredients that are found in argan oil, which are mainly fatty acids and vitamin E. These ingredients help protect the skin from free radicals and other pollutants that cause skin damage, as well as increase moisture retention and elasticity of the skin. Argan oil is a great natural alternative to chemicals found in many beauty products today such as cleansing bars, creams, and sunscreens. This article explains information on how this natural substance can be used daily to achieve smooth body skin without any harmful side effects.
Benefits Of Using Argan Oil For The Body:
1) For Stretch Marks
Stretch marks are caused by the separation of fat cells over time. The vitamin E combined with the fatty acids found in argan oil is believed to help prevent or lessen the appearance of stretch marks. Cellulite is caused by the body producing too much oil in certain areas. This blocks the lymphatic system of the body, which is responsible for moving waste from one area to another. The argan oil helps prevent or minimize the appearance of cellulite because it does not contain any oil and hydrates areas of the body thereby lessening the effects of blocked lymph.
2) For Dry Skin
Dry skin is known as xerosis (dry from the outside without the inside). This condition occurs when skin cells that are constantly exposed to sun damage are unable to produce enough moisture for themselves which eventually leads to dry skin. This effect is mitigated by using argan oil daily. The natural moisture retention properties of argan oil can help repair dead skin cells and encourage the production of healthy new skin.
3) For Hair
Dry and brittle hair is caused by a lack of nutrients in the hair itself. The vitamin E found in argan oil helps strengthen the hair which means less damage from using products that can strip nutrition from it. Keratin is a protein commonly found in the outer layer of our hair. Most products that claim to be able to add shine or thickness to the hair are stripping keratin from its structure. The result is dry and damaged ends on your ends that can lead to bald spots if not addressed immediately.
4) For A Smooth Toned Body
The natural moisturizing properties of argan oil can help smooth the skin and feel soft and silky. This skin-softening effect is achieved with regular use and proper care. Argan Oil is full of nutrients that help strengthen the immune system whether taken internally or applied externally.
5) For Baby Bottoms
A common complaint among mothers is that their infants always seem to be in a diaper rash. Infant bottom rashes are caused by irritation of the skin caused by bacterial toxins that can enter through the anus (which many times, babies don't cover properly). The vitamin E and fatty acids found in argan oil have antibacterial properties that are known to help soothe inflamed skin.
6) For Removing Tan Due To UV Rays
The effects of using argan oil for a tan can vary from person to person. Some people say that it works, while others say that it doesn't. As with most things, the more you apply the better the results. However, using products containing argan oil combined with other natural ingredients such as lemon juice and yogurt can help lighten your skin faster if you're looking to get rid of a tan fast.
7) For Preventing Stretch Marks
The combination of vitamin E and fatty acids found in argan oil is believed to keep your skin healthy and prevent stretch marks from forming on areas prone to them such as hips, thighs, and breasts.
8) For Moisturizing Hair
The fatty acids found in argan oil are known to help strengthen the natural structure of your hair providing you with smooth and manageable locks.
9) For Muscle Aches, Pains, And Joint Stiffness
The combination of natural ingredients found in argan oil can help relieve pain that is caused by many health conditions. The fatty acids and vitamin E found in argan oil help stimulate the circulation of blood throughout the body which includes your joints and muscles.
10) For Skin Infections Or Rashes
Argan oil is full of fatty acids that are known to have antibacterial properties. The antibacterial properties of argan oil can help clear rashes and reduce inflammation caused by infections that are commonly found on your skin.

FAQs:
1) What is the best argan oil for body recipes?
We use a combination of argan oil and pure shea butter on our body bar. They're both hydrating and help absorb the moisture from your skin to keep it soft and smooth. We recommend that you do not over-saturate the areas where you are using argan oil though, as that will make it less effective. We also recommend that you use an unscented moisturizing body bar or shower gel after bathing or showering to prevent the argan oil from rubbing off on your clothes.
2) Can I use argan oil on my feet?
You can, however, we do not recommend using a product with more than 5% argan oil on your feet as it can cause a feeling of greasiness or stickiness on your feet. We also do not recommend using products with petroleum-based ingredients or alcohol after applying the argan oil.
