3) Lavender Essential Oil

How To Use Essential Oils For Oil Pulling For Tooth Decay?
Step 1: Making The Solution
Add 5-10 drops of the essential oil to a teaspoon of coconut oil in a dark container and mix well. To make sure that the oil does not spill out during the process (even if you pour it from a spoon), purchase a glass container with a lid. We recommend using aluminum, stainless steel, or glass containers. A lighter plastic container may melt and be difficult to use. Avoid storing essential oils near other strong-smelling substances like coffee.
Step 2: Swishing

Recipe 2: Strong Oil-Pulling Mix
- 4 drops of peppermint essential oil,
- 3 drops of eucalyptus essential oil,
- 5 drops of lemon essential oil,
- 1 tsp. of cinnamon essential oil, and
- 1 tsp. of oregano essential oil
- Add all ingredients to a glass container with a lid and mix well (use coconut or olive oil as needed).
- Swishing for 20 minutes is enough.
- It can be stored at room temperature for several months if refrigerated and up to 3 months if stored at room temperature.
Recipe 3: Oil Puller For Oral Health
- 10 drops of eucalyptus essential oil,
- 2 drops of peppermint essential oil, and
- 1 tbsp. of pure glycerine
- Mix ingredients well and swish for 15 minutes.
- Store in a glass container (use rice or baby oil to make sure that the mixture does not go out during the process).
- Note that this recipe may stain your teeth if you are using toothpaste.
- To get rid of stains, rinse your mouth with water immediately after doing this recipe, and do not brush afterward.
